India’s one of the leading telecom provider, Airtel, yesterday(7th November 2017) announced a new plan of Rs.448 to its prepaid customers. The plan is announced in counter to Reliance Jio’s 399 plan.
Details about the new plan
The new plan is rated at the cost of Rs.448 with unlimited voice call and 1GB data per day for 70 days. The competitor Reliance Jio offers the same at Rs.399. Previously Airtel was providing Unlimited Voice calls and 1GB data per day at Rs.349 but it was limited to 28 days. In order to compete with its competitor Reliance Jio, it has now announce this new plan of Rs.448 with 70 days validity to retain its old customers.
In this new plan of Rs.448, Airtel also offers 100 SMS/day, which was not included in its previous unlimited plans.
Limits of the Plan
Even though Airtel has announced the plan as unlimited, it still has limits. Once the customer crosses 1GB per day, the speed will be redued to 64kbps.
The Unlimited voice calls is also limited to 300 minutes per day and 1200 minutes per week
How to recharge this new plan
The existing prepaid customers of airtel can avail this offer from any of the airtel showrooms or also can get recharged from MyAirtel app. But in MyAirtel app you need to navigate to Special Recharge-STV, Combo section under best plans to view the details about this plan.
